Brian Raimundo brings more than 15 years of healthcare and senior living experience to Paradise Valley Senior Living. But his passion for serving seniors didn’t start in a classroom or an office. It started at home.
When Brian’s father was diagnosed with ALS, Brian became one of his caregivers. He experienced firsthand the challenges families face while navigating a serious illness: the questions, the uncertainty, and the search for help they can trust. Caring for his dad was a humbling, life changing experience. It became Brian’s “why,” and it shaped the direction of his career.
Learning Every Side of Senior Care
Inspired by that journey, Brian set out to understand the full senior care continuum. Over the years, he has gained experience in:
- Home health
- Hospice
- Home care
- Subacute skilled nursing
- Continuing care retirement communities
- Assisted living
- Memory care
That broad foundation led him to earn his California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator license and build a career leading senior living communities and supporting the families they serve. He also holds the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credential.
